I am getting error codes on my meter, what do they mean?

Consult your product user guide for common error codes and their meaning. If you continue to experience errors, contact our customer service.

What is control solution?

Control solution is used to practice on your meter system or to run a check to make sure the meter and test strips are working properly. Use only the control solution intended for your meter. For example, if you are using a CONTOUR®NEXT GEN, CONTOUR®NEXT ONE or CONTOUR®NEXT EZ meter, use only the CONTOUR®NEXT control solution. Using any other control solution other than that intended for your meter can cause inaccurate results.

My results seem too high/low/erratic. What should I do?

Where do I get a new battery for my meter?

If you are a CONTOUR®CARE member, CONTOUR® meter batteries are available to you free of charge. If you are not a CONTOUR®CARE member you can sign up today. Registration is free and membership comes with exclusive offers such as: free meter accessories, quick and easy warranty registration, and much more!

My MICROLET®NEXT is broken. How do I get a replacement?
